ACL Injury Prevention

My name is Tessa Ryan and I am working on earning my Girl Scout Gold Award. I am going to be a senior at Brookfield High School, and my interest in ACL injury prevention was sparked after I tore my ACL in March of 2015. The goal of my project is to raise awareness for how ACL injuries can be prevented, and also how females are at a greater risk of tearing their ACL than males.
